All our items are handmade to order.

Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 7 working business days.

Due to the customisation of our baskets, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver your order or you receive the wrong item.

In this case, please contact us and include photographic evidence with the issue within three days after receiving your order.

The Happily hooked is a bespoke basket company whilst placing your online order, please ensure you are certain when choosing the right colour and size of basket, it is your own responsibility and we cannot accept returns if you decide that you don't like the colour or size of your basket.

You are responsible for the return and shipping costs.

If the items are not returned in their original condition, you will be responsible for any loss value.
