Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I ship all over the world! Postage is automatically calculated at the checkout. Please note that orders outside of the EU may incur import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the end destination. Please see below for more info.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All my items are handmade by commission .

Orders take around approx. 5/ 7 working days to dispatch. 

Once dispatched you can expect your order within:

  • UK customers - 1-2 working days
  • EU customers - 3-5 working days
  • Customers outside of the EU - 5-21 working days

Occasionally there might be delays due to postal service strikes. 

 

RETURNS

I've received my order but l'm not totally happy with it. What can I do?

Due to the customisation of the baskets, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver your order or you receive the wrong item.

In this case, please contact us and include photographic evidence with the issue within three days after receiving your order.

The Happily hooked is a bespoke basket company whilst placing your online order, please ensure you are certain when choosing the right colour and size of basket, it is your own responsibility and we cannot accept returns if you decide that you don't like the colour or size of your basket.

You are responsible for the return and shipping costs.

If the items are not returned in their original condition, you will be responsible for any loss value.

If the basket is faulty, and the happily hooked is responsible, we will give a full refund or offer an exchange, only after receipt of receiving the basket back to us at HQ. Please email us thehappilyhooked@outlook.com and we can discuss further the issue and find a suitable resolve for you.  

All refunds are instant ( Same day by bank transfer ).
